    3. Qualify We rigorously verify credentials, conduct reference checks, and narrow down to top candidates.

    4. Company Interview Your team initiates the interview process with the top candidates.

    5. Approval Select the best candidate(s), extend job offers, and arrange start dates.

    6. On-Boarding We provide ongoing communication throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. We also conduct performance reviews to continually improve our processes.

    7. Value Analysis Conduct a thorough review of the candidate’s performance and acclimation. We provide a comprehensive report on candidate sourcing and introduce our team, emphasizing the value of long-term talent acquisition.

    Service Charge: Our fee is 20% of the annual salary for each candidate placed.

    3.Qualify- This is our process to ensure that qualifications are met. Credentials are Verified, Reference checks, and Narrow Down to Top Candidates.

    4.Company Interview- Your team as begins interview(s).

    5. Approval- Choosing candidate(s), Extending job offer. Start Date Arrangements.

    6.On-Boarding- We consistently communicate throughout this process, our performance review to improve processes.

    7.Value Recruiting- Company review, candidate acclimation, performance review, continual communication.
